Pegg,
this worked for me, put it within the <table> tag:
style="border-color: green;"

Anyone know how to do this?

It was sent to me by a friend.

I need to make a border in a table and in 4.0 and 4.01 it gives me an error
in the validation at W3C. it says that there is no bordercolor element. I
have searched for 2 days to figure out how to do this. can you or someone
help..

you I hope I get this address right...

Man, Ken you sort of hit the old nail right on the head. Down here in sunny
Florida there loads of "EXPERTS" on web accessibility. They know everything,
if you do not believe me, just ask them.

Do you really want examples? I think not. these so called experts do not have
a clue. I have been studying W3C-WIA for 2 years, well, I am real slow, but I
still have tons of questions on how to. It is not easy, but it is doable. I
wish these so called experts would take brainbench's test.. Most do not even
know what WAI is much less how to spell it.

I wonder where those bucks are. The bucks are there for the latest NON
accessible program.. like flash.
just rambling on
