Hi:

A couple of months ago, someone posted to this discussion notice of a web
page that has many color resources on it such as color pickers,
color-blindness viewers, etc. Is that person still on this forum? Do you
remember the link? For some reason, I think it was a page on a US university
web site.

Thanks,

Jules

I'm not sure which you're referring to from the past... but I do a free
tech/web newsletter for Community MX ... yesterday I included a link for
Vischeck's webpage and image check... It says it will simulate three
different types of color blindness. Might be worth a look -

Many thanks Stephanie. However, I should have been more specific. I am
looking for some online color mixer tools. I have tried Color Remix at
http://color.twysted.net and it is not bad. However, if there are any others
out there, I would like to know about them. Although my question is not
related specifically to accessibility, the post that I can't seem to find in
the archives, talks about a variety of color tools including color mixers
and color-blindness checking.

Julian, what platform are you on? If it's OSX, I have a friend that made a
great little color tool called i4colour... It will do blends and also
suggest color contrasts... It is not made for colorblindness specifically.
It's just a color tool. If it's Windows, I'm ignorant. ;0)

The only post I could find in my archives about color "stuff" says this:

"Here is a tool a found to this topic!
http://colorpro.com/info/tools/convert.htm

I have found many links to this topic and whcih I have posted them in my
forum here:
http://www.webnauts.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=52&;sid=cd52ed69455e27753d0df4
31c25eda43 "

If that isn't it, it must have happened before I joined this list or is in a
thread having nothing to do with color... I'm an email packrat. ;)

It was the Webnauts.net link that was the one I was looking for, thanks.

WOW!!!

Thanks everyone for the great links. I think the Duluth page was the one I
was thinking of but the rest of you provided some other excellent resources.

Here is another one I found which could be added to your lists:

Thanks again everyone,

Jules
