I've recently been given a copy of a study by The Customer Respect
Group of how big corporations get business benefits from
accessibility. I've only skimmed through it but so far it looks like
an well written and very useful report. It's very business focussed.
Written in language aimed squarely at business people with cases
studies and interview notes from some of the biggest companies around,
such as O2, Coca Cola, Intel and 3M. Good business arguments are
crucial to accessibility but difficult to make, especially if you
don't come from a business background. I think this will help. I'm
already planning to borrow some of the quotes to use in my papers and
presentations.

is a PDF. I don't know whether it's available in other formats.

Interesting study, thanks for the link.

I must admit to being surprised by the quality of the http://

Looking at the source left my 'online experience' somewhat
deflated... JavaScript for ALL site navigation, not even a Doctype,
<td valign=top><img alt=" src="images/trans_pixel.gif" width=4
height=1></td> just for starters.

Its hard to take it seriously without any in-house "best practice"
