Can someone with JAWs or screenreader test this new marketing tool that
allows Flash based chat within banner adds.

Company home page: http://upsellit.com/
Real Demo at: http://www.truecredit.com
(uses Flash based chat not requiring java)

Traffic Marketplace launched Livemarkets Lite, allowing users to
interact directly with advertisers by clicking on an actual display ad.
Also powerful is the ability for advertisers to view detailed chat
activity analysis and reporting, including commonly asked questions.

I couldn't find the chat. On the credit site, you said there's a real
demo? Could you describe where? I quickly browsed and couldn't find
it.

I would say that any VIRTUAL chat scenario is inherently inaccessible - its
a BOT.

ask any question get a default marketing response - how does that help a
user?

It should be the second link on the page when tabbing. Unfortunately,
it is an image link with a null alt value.
