WebAIM folks:

With apologies, let me try this again.

Kudos to all who deserve.

Bootstrap 3.3.0 released · Bootstrap Blog

[with accessibility improvements.]

And here's this Git Pull Request by Patrick:

While we're on the subject of accessible bootstrap, does anyone know of any
really good high contrast but aesthetically pleasing bootstrap themes that
would pass the contrast tests AND work with BS 3.3? I'm all googled out
over it today, and not really found anything that hits the spot or at least
has been made recently.

Thanks!

There are a lot of themes over at http://bootswatch.com/
What you might want to do is grab a theme you like and then use the
Tanaguru Contrast Finder to adjust the colors:

Thank you! I knew about bootswatch, but not the contrast-finder site, which
is EXACTLY what I've been looking for!

Thank you.
