could anyone suggest an accessible tool for front-end development
using drag and drop tools for interface?

how accessible those tools are?

I don't find your question specific enough. Are you looking for a tool to create drag and drop items that are meet the ARIA specifications?

Or are you attempting to create a web page with an automated web design system where one drags widgets into place.

Also, are you looking for an accessible development tool? Generally tools that rely on drag and drop for layout are difficult to impossible for the low vision community, and my understanding is that the web content they create is usually not compliant with accessibility standards. I have not though personally tried any of these tools.
