Hi All:
Does anyone know of a matrix of suggested screen reader and browser combinations with versions for accessibility testing or could anyone provide screen reader and browser combination versions suggested for testing?

I thoroughly enjoy the research and tests they've performed and reference them often.
Here we use NVDA & Firefox mainly because in our experience we detect the most bugs that way.

Part of that can only be answered by knowing your audience, but sometimes
that's not possible. While server logs can tell you the browser and
platform someone is using, you don't know if assistive technology is being
used for that combination. So, for example, if your logs showed the
majority of users have firefox and only a small percentage have internet
explorer, it could be that the majority of JAWS users are using internet
explorer so that would be an important combination to test.
In companies I've worked for (which is a tiny data point), we have focused
on NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Internet Explorer, and VoiceOver on iOS and
then we have a statement on our public accessibility site that recommends
these combinations "for the best user experience". That doesn't mean other
combinations won't work, just that we tested more thoroughly on these
combinations.

People have given you the most common combinations. I would also add
braille devices, as I have found that they can show minor things that
regular screen readers don't always see.
Also I find it depends where you live in terms of screen reader version
testing. In different places I have found people either have the latest
screen reader versions, while in others it was the complete opposite. So if
you need local testers, then it helps to know what they have as that may
(and I stress may) be indicative of what many would be using in that place.
Of course, there are exceptions, etc, etc.
