Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a service that would enable my company to easily add overlays to our SaaS product to assist with user onboarding. I've not had much luck finding one that is accessible. Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

Thank you,

Marissa Sapega

Hi,
is this what some people call coachmarks? The page is visually darkened and a tooltippy thing (often with focusables inside such as Next and Previous or Got It buttons) visibly pointing to a non-darkened part of the page which the user should be focussing on and the tooltip explains the things the user can do?

Not that I know of any off-the-shelf versions of the above but to clarify the question.

cheers,
_mallory

Hi Mallory,
Thanks for responding. Yes, "coachmarks" are how they're referred to in some situations.

Thank you,

Marissa
