Well, I guess I'd give it a 5. The content is there and accessible via the keyboard, but I had to guess at which link would activate it. If I'd visited the page without knowing I was supposed to look for a way to expand those areas, I might have just found the empty links and not bothered with them.

Sounds like it works better in other browsers. Lately, I've been finding that to be true with more and more sites.
