You could look at "Accessible Event" from Serotek. You can pay monthly, or on an as-needed basis -- I think.

Hello listers:
when I asked how to set up an elearning site you recommended moodle. I have another question which webconferencing software would you recommend which is compatible with moodle and can be used by a blind jaws user, where the blind user would be the incharge of the conference, he would be the conference moderator. The conference should accomodate at least 100 users in one room and it should not be expensive either. For instance the talkingcommunities.com with their $500 per month is too prohibitive.
