I know you've received a number of responses since you posted this
message, but I'd also encourage you to include Knowbility. Their site is:

For the record, though I've mentioned this organization, now, for the
second time in the last few days, I do not work for them, but I think
they do good work.

In addition, I don't think I've seen Simply Accessible mentioned in
this version of this thread, yet:
