I wonder if you could use the Flexible web feature in JAWS to hide that element.

Unfortunately, it looks like nothing can be done at this time. I have reported this issue several times. But I've not seen any responses.

Hello,

I uploaded my first Youtube video two days ago. I experienced that when the upload is in progress, or when Youtube wants to alert you that your video hasn't been published yet, an alert message would continuously be spoken by JAWS. I'm not sure about NVDA but that annoyed me much.

Now how do I turn off that feature? I tried to uncheck a setting about the live region I found in the JAWS quick settings insert V, then I searched live region. But it didn't change anything.

Cheers,

Joey
