iOs VoiceOver and link with focus question

Hello, all members.
I'm Hyngsop Kim in Korea.

I want to get some advice from you about iOs VoiceOver and link focus issue.
Once I make a link, I can set the link width or height with css, as you know.
By the way, if I focus the link with iOs VoiceOver, VoiceOver focus is not focused whole link spot.
It is focused just link text.
I expected that the focus should occupy whole spot of the link based on width and height.
So my question is that is there anyway to solve this problem?
Should I treat that this is a VoiceOver bug?
If there is any way to solve, please let me know.
