Hello Nathan,
Short answer: yes, Section 508 refers to WCAG 2.0 AA as a technical standard and also includes additional requirements. There is a separate VPAT specifically for Section 508 that incorporates all of Section 508's provisions.

On VPAT if a product is WCAg accessible does that make it 508 accessible? Iâm working with a company that claims that the product is AA accessible but not accessible with 508 regulations, does that make sense? Can that be true?
