I agree, that this should be converted into a fillable PDF with form fields added into the blank spaces. I have seen some users use Microsoft Built-In forms but I personally don't advise that.

Good afternoon, everyone -
I'm working on an evaluation form that's handed out to participants in a course. It's a Word file, with tables of areas of required actions and if it was "observed" or "not observed" as blank cells, meant to annotate a response.
I've made the recommendation for the end product to be a fillable PDF with checkboxes in those table cells, but I'm just curious everyone's stance on blank table cells in documents? Can anyone provide any direct references for the compliance standards of blank table cells?
