inaccessible pdf files

I realise this is going to be thought off topic by some but I was
sent a catalogue on cd, the files being in pdf format. Normaly this
isnt a problem for me but this particular catalogue's text was at
best 25% grey on a white background!

The sender? Sunrise Medical!

When I rang the customer service number I complained and was left
feeling the girl on the other end was thinking "What's the fuss
about?" I doubt that she will pass my complaint to the right people
in a way that makes sense.
