That looks great. It is true that clicking on the labels is lost, but
that's true for all matrix-style forms.

It would be good to have people bang on it with assistive technologies
(I just tried a few and it works well), but assuming that all is well I
think that this could be sent in to the WCAG group as a potential
technique to be referenced in WCAG 2.0.
