Hi,
I need to know the level of accessibility in Siebel applications.
1. how far Siebel is accessible when used with jaws?
2. What should be done in order to create accessible application using Siebel
3. are there any Siebel accessibility standards/guidelines which I need to adhere to while developing the app?
4. how to evaluate accessibility of the resulting application?
Any guidance in this regard would be highly appreciated

Caveat: I've only seen it being used by expert users without
accessibility issues, I haven't dug around in the interface,

You could get a few answers on this, but I doubt any of them are good.
My impression was that there are a lot of forms, JavaScript, and a very
complex (almost certainly table based) layout.
If Jaws does manage to get around the interface ok, I doubt it would be
understandable.

Ask the provider? This is probably a mountain of a project, if you can
even get access to changing the interface.

AFAIK it is a web based application, so WCAG applies. I'm not aware of
anything Seibel specific.

Usability testing with a variety of users/technologies combined with
expert audits? In terms of a methodology, I suggest something like this:

I'd re-iterate Alistair's comments. My experience with clients needing to
access Siebel apps with Jaws is that it is not very helpful.
