Hello everyone!

Can you please confirm this passes for WCAG 1.2.1?
For a stand-alone audio MP3 file, having a PDF transcript available to download meets "an alterative for time-based media is provided"

In my view that is good. You could also use an accessible HTML 5 player for
the mp3 file and put the rolling transcript right there.

Yes a transcript in this scenario should work, just make sure that PDF is
accessible too.
