accessible Flash-based media player with streamlined captioning capability

Hello,

A friend of mine is looking for a Flash-based accessible (keyboard, screen
reader, etc.) media player that also has a scream-lined means of adding
captions, such as via an XML file. He's seen a couple of players, however
the interface was not accessible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
