Quick Tip: VPAT and ACR
A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a document that can be used to indicate how digital products meet accessibility standards. Formalized templates are available for Section 508, WCAG, EN 301 549, and a combination of all of these guidelines. A completed VPAT for a particular product is called an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), though "VPAT" is also often used to describe the completed document. VPATs and ACRs are typically used in procurement processes for vendors to provide documentation of their product's accessibility to entities considering purchasing or using them.
