HiSoftware has several tools that can do this for you
AccVerify 10
AccVerify for Microsoft Expression
AccVerify for Microsoft Sharepoint Designer
AccMonitor
These tools have some pretty easy to use and comprehensive transactional
processing capabilities. If you are familiar with QA then these tools
would be similar to QuickTest/WinRunner, etc. They allow the recording
and playback of transactions with the ability to "Crawl" after
completing any number of transactions.

W3C does not provide a Web accessibility checker (be it a validator or
an evaluation tool), but maintains a list of such tools that have
different functionality. This list may help you find the right tool for
your specific situation and requirements:
