A bit of a side note here: That would be a nice feature I would like to
see incorporated into IE - a way to turn "tool tips" on/off via a
checkbox, instead of having to go into the system registry (or use
another third-party program that changes the registry) to do it. That
could be very useful for people using magnifiers, or people who just
don't want the things popping up.
