Hi Joseph,
I am the one of the developers of the WAT
unsure about the changing URLs
anyway the latest version 2.0 is available from the tpg site, the previous
version 1.2 is avilable from vision australua, but soon vision will be
providing the 2.0 version as well.
The reason for the change of URLs is that I used to work for vision
australia (and the 1.2 version was released while i was still working there)
and now work for the paciello group.
The 2.0 version is a big improvement on the 1.2 version ( i think)
