Some people disable images to make sites load faster. I noticed that
without images your background disappears and the new background is
bright yellow which makes most of the test nearly wash out. I would
suggest a different background color so if images are not displayed the
text is more visible. I also ran the site through a colorblind filter.
I use <http://colorfilter.wickline.org/>;. Just type in the address of
your website and click fetch and filter. It will take a moment but you
can see how the page displays to colorblind individuals. Your line at
the bottom "Last updated on 15-3-2008 @ 7:41:55 [D M Y 24 Hour Clock]"
disappears. You might consider a different color. I hope this helps.

Hi.
vallidated my pages at http://www.section508.gov and said it passed the
vallidation using automatic vallidation, but got cautions from
flickering and colours, and having a java script function, and not
having alternative text pages, and my site is big enough.
so can you try to help me out, as trying to vallidate my pages at
http://startrekcafe.stevesdomain.net/index.html
cheers Marvin.
