I had a very good experience this week.
Noticing a book on Dojo that found interesting I placed it in my
Bookshelf and attempted to read. It was in some closed format I
couldn't use so I called help, maybe a little rudely, and asked why they
didn't at least mark inaccessible text so I wouldn't burn a slot for
nothing. Well this patient and well informed representative told me
that O'Reilly has a "508" portal with everything in accessible format.
It works. It is on an honor system. You tell them you need an
accessible format and they make it available.
I haven't done a formal evaluation of the content. I will and report back.
