It might be an idea to tell us why you want to test. If it's for some
form of certification, you'd probably have to test all pages. If, on
the other hand, it's to learn about what you'll need to do to make your
site generally more accessible then it may only be a case of testing
some representative page and applying what you learn from these and
extending it through the site.
