I would agree with Randi that there are still issues with iTunes.
"Made iTunes accessible" is not really representative of reality.
As a voice user, I still can't use iTunes without painful
mousegrid commands. On the other hand, it is better than it used
to be.

(And of course, you need to be making sure your iTunes-only
content is itself accessible, but I assume you've already done
that.)

I would say if there is an alternative to iTunes-only content,
You should probably use it.
