What *really* needs to be determined is the structured logic behind
your page; today only a human brain can make that final assesment.
Toolbars and other mechanical test can assist the evaluator in this
process, but they are but aids in that testing. ARIA landmark roles
and other newer techniques have limited implementation, and some
mechanical checkers might miss them as well.

If the content will benefit by adding (or modifying) text, then it is
worth considering, however if there is little to no real value, then
an informed judgement call is the bottom line.
