As a govt contractor & consultant, it would be great if the blind, deaf,
disabled, etc. associations came together and drew up a reference list of
techniques that we developers could use. It sure would help us give the
community better websites, PDFs, and electronic documents.

And it would help me cite specific techniques and recommendations when
teaching or writing up best practices for my clients.

Maybe an umbrella group could facilitate this, sort of how the W3C works.

Randy, given that you head up AADB, I think this might be right up your
alley!
