Thank you, David.

Our user with the problem was using Jaws 10.0 along with MS Word 2000. He tried the recommendation in your message and it appears to have fixed the problem. His Say All feature, was set on sentence, and he changed it to paragraph. It now seems to be working without any further problem.

I would prefer that there be no problem, but understanding that the looping may involve a specific option under Say All (set to sentence) suggests that the problem is not a more general one.

What version of Jaws and Word is being used?

You could try switching the Sayall options. This may help.
These options are found in the Jaws configuration manager from the
settings menu use the Sayall options item.

The available options are:
Say all: Lines with pauses, Lines without pauses, Sentence and
paragraph.

Is anyone familiar with JAWS Say All looping in a Word paragraph? JAWS
reads the paragraph down to a link at the end and then goes back to
the
initial word at the beginning of the paragraph.

JAWS users did not have a problem when not using Say all.

Any suggestions welcomed.
