Elaine,
Your id and headers look right to me, and I used them the same way in my
multilevel tables. I didn't find any use of scope, and in fact I ruled out
using it myself after testing (with JAWS) a sample site that used scope and
axis, and finding that JAWS wouldn't read the table properly. Anybody else
successful with scope/axis applied in a table?
Lisa

Subject: check table for proper markup?
I decided to try my hand at creating slightly more structural tables, and
after an eye-crossing experience, I'd appreciate if someone could check my
work....
http://www.pierce.ctc.edu/athletics/wbasketball/schedule.php3
just the actual schedule, not any of the surrounding content or layout
table. (I'm sure there's all kinds of wacky issues...one of these days I'll
give this sub-site a little refresher.)
am I using the id, scope and headers attributes properly? trying to figure
out a multi-header table was a little confusing at best. :)
thanks!
Elaine Nelson
