Researching on Disabled Accessibility

Hi Everybody,



I am researching into the current market for accessible website and
Ecommerce related applications for travel providers and travel
intermediaries like travel agents, online travel companies, etc.
Although accessibility is a requirement for all businesses and is being
mandated by different countries, initial observations reveal that
companies are yet to come up with even websites that are actually
accessible to the disabled section of the population.



In order to facilitate my research, I am exploring current content on
the existing market gaps, actual cost to the company to make their sites
and applications accessible. I see a lot of active discussion going on
in different threads related to accessibility issues. Hence it would be
very helpful, if it is possible for anyone to additionally point me
towards some related information . Thank you in advance.
