Video - "Web Accessibility: Cost or Benefit?" - subtitles in English and Spanish

Finally we have translated the subtitles in the video - "Web Accessibility:
Cost or Benefit?" for English and Spanish. We released this video in 2007
but it is still considered useful in raising awareness of professionals and
managers to the importance of web accessibility.

In Brazil it has been used by many companies, universities and institutions,
and only in the Brazilian channel video, Videolog (
http://www.videolog.tv/video.php?id=230205), has already been viewed more
than 110K times.

We created a test page using the player HTML5 Playerlink with subtitles in
XML with fallback to Flash. The video is also available for download in
several formats in the link:
