Audio Version how do you include these items?

Hi Everyone,

This is a question I haven't come across before and I need advice :)

A group I am working with is putting a text document into an audio file, for
disabled people who prefer this format. That text doc has footnotes and web
addresses in it. Is there an accepted way to 'talk' these? I gather you just
say the web addresses, but do you spell them out? I had no clue how to deal
with footnotes.

Any advice is much appreciated.
