No.

I am sorry Paniz, but you seem to be going around in circles here. I am
not sure what part of NO you are not understanding.

You have been provided with as much detail and related links as there is
today. This is not a problem that will be solved by one person, or solved
overnight, or solved by simply wishing it so. Many hard-working and very
smart people are attempting to tackle the real issues that remain with
ensuring canvas can be made accessible, and links to that information has
previously been provided to you via this list. I am not one of those
people, however I personally know many if not all of the key principles
involved in that work, one of whom has directly responded to your
questions already, and please trust me when I say they are as anxious as
you to get this done, to get it done right, and to get it done as soon as
possible.

There is very little more to be said or explained at this time.

In March 28, 2011, you cannot make canvas accessible to all users because:

a) we do not have specified solutions to some of the outstanding
issues,
b) we do not have predictable support in any of the browsers,
c) we are nowhere near testing and providing feedback on solutions
not yet determined using Adaptive Technologies such as screen readers. As
well, based upon what we know to be the 'norm' when it comes to software
upgrades for tools such as screen readers
(http://webaim.org/projects/screenreadersurvey/#demographics), it will be
at least another year or two before we will be able to even suggest that
you can create and deliver accessible canvas content to the majority of
users of these types of technologies - and I am being generous.

If you are interested in working with the group attempting to solve these
problems, I urge you to join the HTML5 WG Accessibility Task force and
volunteer to help with canvas issues
(http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Canvas).

I am afraid then that this is the last *I* will reply to your questions,
as no forward progress seems to be happening at your end.
