Rick,
As an ex dev for the UW, those menus were one of the things the UW
President wanted and didn't care about other things, if I am not
mistaken. There was a dept that had more accessible menus, but I
cannot think of the name. As you may know, the YUI Menu is keyboard
navigatable. I was able to reach out to a YUI Dev to assist with a
hack.
