To be clear, there will never be WCAG techniques for Edge - there will be HTML5 techniques. This work is underway, but is the work that will help guide products like Edge to do the right things with regard to their output.

No WCAG techniques anytime soon for Edge; the preview was just released.
It makes sense for the accessibility community to put this product through the wringer and offer Adobe some useful feedback. Outputting only DIVs is a problem for me. I have suggested on the discussion board to at least offer headings as an option for HTML mark-up.
