Maybe it's just me, but websites that are cool and accessible like K Leisure
seldom have influential (and by 'influential' I mean techniques and
standards that can be backed up by analytical reports to quantify charging
clients for the work) on-page SEO work done, like this one. Notice how the
page titles use simple conventions like 'Home' and 'News', rather than the
newer (and by 'newer' I simply mean widely adopted) geo/keyword conventions
that gives clients quick and easy SEO results.

Are there websites that look cool, are accessible, and also provide
influential on-page SEO?

Regards,

Steven

Hi Birkir,

Here's the website that won Ireland's "Accessible eGovernment Award" this
year: http://www.kildareleisure.ie . I think it looks cool!

Alan.

Hi guys

I am preparing for a lecture on web accessibility for GUI/web
designers as part of a university user interface design course.
I want to display an example of a web page that looks cool visually,
but is also accessible, to demonstrate that accessibility does not
have to mean plain text, one color and no Javascript functionality.
Does anyone have a favorite site that looks visually very neat, has
lot os information, yet is accessible for screen reader users?
Thanks very much
