The NCBI Center for inclusive technology (www.cfit.ie) also provide a range of services in this area for mostly the Irish public sector.

We perform WCAG 2.0 evaluations and would be delighted to be on your list. I
can't think of any other lists that have such a narrow restriction, although
I am sure there must be many such companies on this email list.
