From most of the feedbacks of those (mostly deaf-blind people) who read in
braille, the table summary tends to be more of a nuisance than help. The
complaints was too much information or reading, or not needed when the table
is properly structure that can be clearly understood. As for the those who
use voice to read the web, I'm not sure what their thoughts are.
