any guideline about time alert in a test?

Hi list,



Is there any guideline which advocates a time alert while taking any time
test?

I investigate WCAG 2.0 but not got the right one.



My concern is: when any time test is inching towards end, user must be
updated about the remaining time by module itself.

This becomes more inevitable if a user is blind, because he/she cannot see
moving clock at the time.
