I'm involved with a team looking to build an app that provides additional
assistance for people who might be using guide dogs through their phone.
Basic idea is a voice operated application that could help provide
navigation to specific locations, be that a restaurant, store, or other
service provider.



I've focused primarily on content accessibility, any thoughts from the list
on where to go for best practices or guidance in assistive technologies
within mobile apps?
