Question: Title from Word to PDF metadata

Wondering if this is a known bug when creating PDFs from MS Word
2010/Windows with Acrobat XI.

The Word document has the Title field correctly filled in Word's Properties
panel (the metadata), but when the PDF is exported from Word and checked
with AXI's Accessibility Checker, it flags an error that the title is
missing.

Open File/Properties in Acrobat and the title field is correctly populated.
There isn't an error.

Anyone know details about this or how to stop getting this flagged as an
error?
