I think that depends on which CMS and what constitutes a "problem." In
Convio's CMS while you can insert alt text when uploading an image to
the system, it is only used in rare applications within the system. When
I use an image in a Web page, even when inserting it using the system, I
must still enter the alt text manually in the HTML.
