Hello,
I am working on putting together a case for Accessible banking not just
limiting to digital accessibility but overall requirements for banks to
provide accessible banking services - infrastructure, application forms,
customer service etc.
I would like know which US banks top the charts in providing Accessible
services. I bank with BOA and know that they have put in effort for making
their internet banking accessible. Also, they have a facility to send
across an electronic check eliminating the need for the customer signature
- thats pretty cool as per me :-)
Does your bank provide you with Accessible Banking services? I would like
to hear about those services and add them to my laundry list of must do's
for banks!
