I received the message below from a college on our campus. Which web-based players do you prefer? Also, are there any that allow viewers to turn on-off video descriptions as well as captions?
Thanks for any ideas,
Rachel
Hello,
We are looking to migrate several videos to a web based service like YouTube, Vimeo, etc...
I wanted to check if there is preferred web based service that will support closed captioning and any other requirements for our students with special needs.
I know that Vimeo currently does not support closed captions but is currently working toward a solution.
