Steve & Bryan: I think the naming of it didn't help, at first glance
"haspopup" does seem to be quite widely applicable. Most people don't
*read* specs any more than other online text, it is more of a skimming &
try things out exercise!
I wouldn't consider a tooltop-style thing a pop-up (although some might),
but lightbox and dialog style things would seem to be.
Patrick: I had a feeling you'd think of something like that, it does seem
like there could be some logic errors there, but I couldn't think what
without testing. I'm lack and windows touch-screen.
