ARIA for Web based Row Level Actions

Does anyone know if there is a semantic structure and ARIA to mimic row
level actions in a list view?

For example, take the iOS mail app. You can use VO to navigate to a row,
then use the Rotor and selection Actions. Then up and down swipe steps you
through the hidden actions... Trash, Move, etc.

I'm hoping to find information on a way to do this in browser. Actions
would show up in the context sensitive rotor, up down actions would move
through my action items, etc..
