Microsoft 2013 Question

Hello,

Last week I converted to Microsoft 2013. When using Outlook, I notice while arrowing up and down the list on occasion, the email opens and I cannot close it without either closing out or using PF6 to get back to the Inbox. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions as to a resolution?

I am using JAWS 15 and windows 7.
